I’ve been happy with it so far. The grip feels comfortable in my hand, and it’s easy to hold without feeling awkward. Simple, but it does the job well.

I ordered from pilotpen.us thinking it would be straightforward, especially since it was directly from the brand. The shipping estimate made it seem like it would arrive fairly quickly, but it ended up taking way longer than expected. The tracking barely changed for days, so I was just sitting there wondering if the package was even moving.
I reached out to customer service hoping they could give me a clear update, but the response felt really generic and didn’t answer much. I had to keep following up, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be. I expected better, and I probably won’t order directly from them again

I really wanted this to be smoother, but it gets scratchy sometimes when I’m writing. For quick notes it’s okay, but trying to use it for longer writing? Give me a break, my hand gets annoyed fast.

I usually end up buying Pilot pens because the ink just feels really smooth. It doesn’t skip much, and the color comes out nice and dark, which I like when I’m taking notes at work.

I was going to say the ink is pretty much perfect, but actually, the drying time is the one thing that bugs me. If I’m writing fast or my hand brushes over it too soon, it can smear a little.

It’s not a huge deal, just kind of annoying when it happens. I still like these pens a lot and keep buying them, so clearly it’s not enough to stop me

I’ve been using Pilot pens for yeeears, they just don’t give up on me. I toss them in my bag, forget them in the car, and they still write totally fine. No leaks so far, and the ink always feels super smooth. They’re just really reliable for everyday stuff

I ordered a few pens and refills from pilotpen.us, and it just felt overpriced for what I got. My card was charged right away, but I didn’t get much in the way of updates, which was a little annoying. Then shipping added even more to the total, and once the pens arrived, they didn’t feel any better than cheaper ones I can grab locally. Overall, I don’t think I’d order again.
